Biography

Donald Patti is currently a Principal Consultant with Cedar Point Consulting, a management consulting practice based in the Washington, DC area, where he advises businesses in technology strategy, process improvement and project management. He is also an professor/facilitator at the University of Phoenix Maryland Campus in e-business, information technology and business courses.

Previously, Don served in a variety of management positions in the consulting and technology arenas, including as President and Principal Consultant with Intrev, Inc., a technology consulting company specializing in Internet technologies; as Vice President of Technology and Product Development at Autoscribe Corporation, an electronic payments software company; as Consultant with the Nitor Group, a technology consulting company strong in healthcare services; as Director of Information Services at PRSI, a records management company; and, as Senior Project Manager/Project Manager with Cyberdata Technologies, Corillian/Checkfree, Daimler Trucks North America and Hewlett Packard.

Mr. Patti has an MBA in Information Systems & Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Maryland’s RH Smith School of Business, earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and Political Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute™; as a Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP) by the Balanced Scorecard Institute; as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt by Moresteam University; as a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) with the American Society for Quality; as an e-Business Certified Solutions Advisor by IBM™; as a Certified Solutions Expert in IBM WebSphere; as a Microsoft Certified Professional in .NET Architecture & Req's; in ITIL/IT Service Management by EXIN; and, as a Certified ScrumMaster by the Scrum Alliance.

On the personal side, Mr. Patti spends time with his wife Arlene, son Casey, and daughter Katelyn in North Potomac, Maryland. He enjoys trail-running, reading, playing music and is an open-wheel racing enthusiast. He has been making money through computing since the age of 8.

Biography

A senior executive with over 20 years of Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technology expertise in financial services and technology sectors, Brendan Moore has successful experience in marketing that encompasses social media, print, television, outdoor media, direct mail, telesales, PR, internet, brand marketing, etc. Moore has managed direct and indirect sales forces, from both a field sales perspective, and internal inbound/outbound call centers with up to 800 FTE/agents across multiple sites.

Moore is also experienced in front-end operations as well, that is, every part of operations that encompasses customer/account/member acquisition. As an example, this would include e-commerce sites and their technology support staff, call center units and their technology support staff, customer service, underwriters, processors, fulfillment, etc.

From a technology perspective, Moore has experience with the technology that supports many types of financial transactions (EBPP, online lending, etc.), as well as various middleware platforms that enable business originators, vendors and partners to conduct commerce with legacy platforms typically found at large companies.

His employers and clients throughout his career have included large corporations (100,000+ employees), start-ups, turnarounds, and small companies both in the U.S. and internationally.

In the past, Brendan has served as a Senior Vice President and Channel Director for Citigroup, a Senior Vice President of Marketing, Operations & Strategic Planning for Wachovia, and a Senior Vice President of Marketing at AT&T Capital Corp.

On the consulting side, Mr. Moore has previously served as a Senior Partner with the Crescent Group, where he assisted technology and financial services companies in the areas of marketing, business development, product development, operations, business turnarounds and strategic planning.  He also served as a Senior Partner at ETNA, where he performed traditional consulting work, and, was engaged as an interim executive at companies as COO, EVP and Senior Vice President while working for consulting clients. Mr Moore has also worked as an auto industry consultant, an auto industry analyst and still writes on cars and the car business as an auto journalist.

On the personal side, Brendan resides in the NYC and Washington DC areas, where his interests include film, music, cars and the car business, politics and national/global macroeconomics. An entrepreneur in spirit, Brendan is always willing to listen to a new idea.
