Shared Success Approach

At Cedar Point Consulting, we think the best value proposition includes the client and the consulting firm sharing in the success of your business.  That's why we offer our “Shared Success” approach to our clients, particularly to those requiring larger scale investments with delayed benefits.

Through “Shared Success”, we collect a reduced fee up front for our efforts, we work with you to identify the goals you need to accomplish and we identify the targets that will confirm you've been successful.  We then help you and your staff to achieve those goals, collecting incentives based on your level of success.   If you follow our advice but you don't succeed, then we don't collect the incentives – it's that simple.
